There are so many beautiful places in the world where you can go on vacation. Sometimes, it can be a daunting task to decide where you want to take your vacation. Gucci Shoes . There are many things to consider when you want to decide on where to take your vacation. house renting websites . Some of these items include, but are not limited to, are you travelling alone, with friend, are you married, with your partner, do you have kids, are they coming with you, etc. Many of these things can greatly impact where you decide to take your vacation. Other things like, how long are your travelling for, where is your home country, how experienced traveler are you? These items also will play a significant role in where you decide to go. Different countries around the offer have many different cultures and different experiences. When travelling in North America (Canada & USA), in most places you will find traditional amenities. The hotels you stay at will all have clean beds, running washrooms, television and internet service, etc. herve leger uk . Basically all of North America is developed and you will enjoy modern day services that one would expect from a first world country. There are many attractions all around North America, and this can be travelled by basically anyone who wishes too. There is basically something for everyone in these two countries. Travelling to South America is a bit of a different story. If you are travelling here, it is good practice to be able to speak fluent Spanish, and you should be a very experienced traveler. Since South America is still developing in many places, there is a lot of things you need to know and understand. There are many dangerous areas of South America and the drug trades down there are booming. You need to have a guide and know the areas that are safe to be in. If you are not experienced and end up in the wrong neighborhoods, you can get into serious trouble, either being mugged, robbed, or worse. Travelling in Europe is similar to North America but with some very significant differences. Europe is much older, and therefore the housing and such is smaller, the amenities are much older, the infrastructure is much different, etc. It is much more expensive than travelling in North America as well, due to the currencies used and the cost of living. There are many other places in the world where you can travel, including the Asia-Pacific areas as well as many African and eastern European countries. These other areas all have other great benefits and disadvantages to them, and you will have to research or read more of our blog posts about them. Happy Travelling!

*Make sure you have all your travel documents. We live in a post 9/11 world, and therefore having the correct travel documents when travelling is very important. The most important travel documents for you to have are your passport and a secondary form of ID (which could be a drivers license or a health card). This will allow you to cross the border without much hassle.*Before leaving for your vacation or your trip, be sure to have all of your suitcases and luggage packed. Doing this will help to avoid stress on the day you leave for your vacation. Keep in mind that your vacation is supposed to be relaxing and not having all your stuff ready to go can lead to leaving something important behind or starting your vacation in a stressful state, which is not a good idea.*Make sure your house or home is prepared for you to be away. When you are going on vacation, many times your home will be left unattended. Make sure to let your alarm company know that you will be away, arrange for someone to come and get your mail and newspapers, and have someone stop by every day or so to take a quick look around your property to ensure everything is in order. It is also smart to get light timers, so you can put on some lights in the evening time to simulate that someone may be home. This can be a very good deterrent for anyone who may be planning on conducting some illegal activity. Lastly, make sure your emergency contacts have a way to get a hold of you if something very bad was to happen.*Make sure you have adequate transportation to the airport. Make sure you hire a taxi the night before you need a pick up. Make sure you leave your self plenty of time to get to the airport, and compensate for traffic or accidents on the way there. Leave yourself enough time to get through customs and check-in at the airport. Ideally, you should be in the terminal waiting for your flight with about one hour until the boarding time.*Before going on your trip, make sure to inform your bank and credit card companies that you plan on travelling. This will allow them to put a flag on your account and will help to ensure your credit cards will not be flagged while you are travelling out of country. This helps to ensure your cards will always be available and working and will not leave you with any hassles to deal with while you are on vacation.*About one week prior to departing on your vacation, be sure to call your travel agent and confirm your flights, hotels, and entire trip are confirmed. This can help to prevent any un-needed mistakes on the part of the travel agent at the last minute. va approved flight schools . This is good practice to take when going on vacations.*Before you leave for the airport, once your bags have been packed, make sure to weigh them on a scale. Many of the airlines now have weight restrictions on luggage and have stiff penalties for overweight bags. As well, check with your airline for how many bags they allow for free as part of your ticket. buiten bar . This can help you to avoid any overage baggage fees.*Make sure to check the border patrol of your country and the country you are entering. Check the restricted items list, and make sure you are not packing or taking any of these items with you. If you have these items in your possession when you travel, you will be likely to have your body and bags searched in a secondary scan. This is both a pain and un-needed. By doing these checks on the front end, you can make your experience going through customs much easier.*Before going on your trip, make sure you have enough of the local currency to pay for items. Many times, when you arrive in your destination country, the exchange rates you are given are much worse than what you could have gotten from a bank or financial institution in your home country. Doing this before your travel can help to save your money on currency exchange.*Check the refund and exchange policy with your travel agent or vacation provider. Many times, circumstances such as weather, riots, strickes, or acts of god can prevent you from being able to travel. Make sure you know and understand the policies of the travel agent in case on of these are to occur while you are leaving your home country, or leaving your destination vacation country. Having this knowledge can help to prevent financial burdens and ensuring you are able to enjoy your vacation safely and without hassle.

Canada is located in North America and stretches all the way from the Atlantic to the Pacific, being made up of ten Provinces and three Territories. To the North is the Artic ocean; Davis Strait on the North East separates it from Greenland, to the East is the Atlantic Ocean; the South is bordered by the United States of America and the West by the Pacific Ocean and Alaska.A country of outstanding natural beauty, Canada has a wide variety of landscapes; the mountains, the prairies, lakes and rivers with many national and provincial parks to protect the habitats. With a total land mass of 9,984,670 sq km (3,855,103 sq mi), Canada is the second largest country in the world. There are more lakes and inland waters in Canada than any other country, in fact 7.6% or 755,180 sq km (291,577 sq) is made up of fresh water. Most images of Canada refer to the Mounties, bears, snow or the Rocky Mountains with the amazing turquoise lakes though there is truly more to this vast landscape. Joint Supplements for dogs . Tourism is a large part of the economy with the abundant natural resources quickly turning Canada into a rich and vibrant country that is a permanent listing at the top of the best places to live. With distinct seasons the winters are cold with plentiful snow and then warm summers, the best way to survive is to make the most of natures offerings. Skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling are popular pastimes and great exercise and fun. In the summer, hiking, camping and exploring the great outdoors are fantastic ways to spend your free time. This is especially true when you are amongst the most breathtaking and fabulous scenery the world has to offer! The monetary unit is the Canadian Dollar. It is made up of cents with 100 cents making 1 Canadian dollar. There are 1 cent coins usually called a penny, 5 cent coins usually called a nickel, 10 cent coins called a dime, 25 cent coins called a quarter, 1 dollar coins called a loonie and two dollar coins called a twoonie. The notes or bills are in 5 dollar, 10 dollar, 20 dollar, 50 dollar and 100 dollar denominations. The Canadian dollar traditionally trades at a lower value than its American counterpart but is now coming closer to parity. All motor vehicles are driven on the right hand side of the road and are left hand drive. Each Province or Territory is responsible for its own driving laws and regulations so each has a different system.DemographicsCanada has a population of 30,007,094 (2001 Census), compared with 28,846,761 (1996 Census) which shows a 4% increase. Most of the population lives in the cities and most of these are located in the South of the country; about three quarters of the population live within about 300 kms of the U.S border. The most populated Provinces are Ontario and Quebec with Toronto (in Ontario) being the most populated city. There are two official languages – English and French – and Montreal in Quebec is the world’s largest French-speaking city outside of France. Alliant Group . All of the services offered by the Federal Government are in English and French. Almost every product you buy has English and French on the labels and most public services are available in both languages. alquiler temporario capital federal . Outside of Quebec the majority of people speak English; about 18 percent of Canadians are fluently bilingual. The First Nations or Indian people were the original inhabitants of Canada and the name comes from their language and means “Village” or “Community”. The Vikings, who arrived in the 11th century and didn’t stay for long, were the first Europeans to land in Canada.More Europeans arrived in the 16th century bringing with them manufactured goods which they traded for furs and native products – because of this they were made welcome by the indigenous people. The two main groups of European settlers were the French, who came first, and then the English. Despite France losing its part of the territory to Britain in a war in 1760, many of the French speaking people stayed. In 1867, three colonies of Britain merged in an event called Confederation; this created a partially independent state of four Provinces. Six more Provinces and three Territories have since been added and in 1931 full independence was achieved. Canada still belongs to the Commonwealth of Nations.Canada is a Democratic Federation and has both a Federal and Provincial Governments. The responsibilities and powers are divided between the Federal and Provincial Governments which make for a complex political system (see http://www.onestopimmigration-canada.com/canadian_political_system.html for more details).]EducationPublic education is the responsibility of each Provincial Government (please refer to our Provincial pages for more information) and is paid for through taxes. Public education is free and all children are required by law to attend school from the age of 6 years until they are 15 or 16, the majority of students continue until they are 18 and graduate high school with a high school diploma. The main languages of instruction are English and French.HealthcareCanada has a public health care system; essential medical treatment is available to all Canadian citizens and permanent residents. Although the health care systems are run by the Provincial ministries of health, the Federal Government sets the standards for health care across the country. There are three Provinces that charge healthcare premiums (BC, Alberta & Ontario). In the other Provinces and Territories healthcare is paid for through taxes. In some Provinces there is a three month waiting period before you qualify for healthcare, (refer to http://www.onestopimmigration-canada.com/healthcare.html for more information) so you should make sure that you have insurance to cover any medical expenses for this period.

Most Americans would love to see Alaska, but have never gotten the chance to do so. There are many scenic pictures that can help to captivate the feeling that one might have when rolling across the crisp white snow with a dog-drawn sled. flat pack kitchen . For the most part, it is not hard to find a picture or two of the pristine valleys and rivers, but to really see the land and wildlife up close and personal is a whole different story! If and when you get the chance to step foot on the beautiful land that is known as Alaska, there are a few places that you will not want to miss on your journey. wand tegels . Listed below are a few of the most popular destinations while visiting Alaska. If you ever get the chance to take a cruise to Alaska, it is absolutely recommended! There are many beautiful coastal cities that you can view on your way around Alaska, including: Skagway, Juneau and Fairbanks. how to pass a drug test . When you get a look at the view from the deck of a ship, it is a scene that you will likely never forget. The forests of Alaska can be just as memorable as the well known wildlife that calls it home. There are many glaciers and icebergs found in Alaska. For many visitors, it can be a very peaceful and surreal experience to visit Alaska. According to scientists, the glaciers of Alaska (with the exception of one) are shrinking in size, so if you want to see them for yourself, time is of the essence. They may seem huge right now, but in many years, they may well be a part of the water that surrounds Alaska. If you are like most travelers, then one of the first things you may think of when someone mentions Alaska are the incredible mountains. Though there are many photographs of these mountains floating around, there is nothing like the incredible view in person!Aside from the scenic points of view in Alaska, certain history is also of important note. If you were inclined, you may want to stop by a saloon or other historical attraction that were known as the building blocks of Alaskas early settlement. Alaska was a key factor in the gold rush, too, so that is also an important part of its history to learn a little more about. While sightseeing is a big part of the vacation process, it is also equally important to be properly prepared for your trip to Alaska. It is especially imperative that you are aware of the current weather conditions when you are packing and traveling. In a moments notice, it can become quite wet and cold in Alaska, so it is recommended that you keep a jacket near at all times. In Alaska, there are times of the year that never end; sometimes, the sun doesnt set for weeks at a time! These times of the year really help with the development of Alaskas fruits and vegetables. Alaska is acknowledged as having beautiful crops of lettuce and strawberries. When you are trying to think of a destination for your next family vacation, remember Alaska! There are a ton of activities and things to see in Alaska, so boredom should never have the chance to set in. If you are making a list of things to do while you are in Alaska, try including these things:SnowmobilingMountain BikingHuntingKayakingHumpback Whale WatchingFishingHelicopter/Plane TourAttend Current FestivalsCatch the Moonrise/MoonsetWhen you are on your vacation in the beautiful land of Alaska, make sure you take plenty of pictures! Be sure to pack enough film and/or memory cards and travel accessories for your camera so that you dont miss a second of your trip. Now that we have observed everything that makes Alaska so special, I think I am ready to book a cruise. What about you?

Circus Circus Las Vegas boasts of being the most kid friendly hotel in Las Vegas. With its big top attitude and its indoor amusement park it very well may be. In addition to being the most kid friendly hotel on the Las Vegas strip Circus Circus Hotel is also the fifth largest hotel in the world. The beauty of this particular hotel doesn’t lie so much in its size or even the circus like atmosphere. The charm lies in the fact that it was something new and relatively untried along the Vegas strip. Rather than build to suit the gamblers they were hoping to attract, this particular hotel was wise enough to offer something new and untried by appealing to families with children rather than solely to gamblers. The gamble seems to be paying off in a city that is known for both its hits and its misses. xena security . Other hotels and casinos are also working to cultivate the family friendly image that Circus Circus has basically proven. Not only did this hotel build The Adventuredome Theme Park they also decided to make accommodations even more family friendly by accommodating RVs at the Circusland RV Park. This offers a great place for families to stay that might not otherwise grace the theme park, hotel, or the casino.Don’t forget that there is a casino involved and that is the primary purpose of this gigantic hotel, resort, and theme park. The casino makes the expense of building it all very much worthwhile and brings in big business of its own each and every day. In grand Vegas style there is also the requisite onsite shopping and of course full service of wedding options in addition to a wedding chapel and banquet facilities in which to hold the reception of your dreams. The shopping at Circus Circus offers everything from ultra exclusive boutique shops and salons to stores such as Under $10 and the trading Post, which offers fad jewelry and other kid friendly gifts. This hotel has a somewhat unique concept that sets it apart from the many others along Vegas’ strip. If you are traveling to Vegas with the family I very much recommend at least checking them out and comparing prices and packages with the other hotels and resorts in the area. Keep in mind that comps are like money in the bank particularly when they involve food or activities that you were planning to do even without the comps. So you may be able to negotiate a much better deal even if you’re paying a couple more dollars a night by having free parking, complimentary meals, or tickets to events, shows, or attractions. Now we’re on to my favorite part of the discussion. Dining options. Malibu Wedding DJ . Circus Circus does not disappoint when it comes to offering variety to its guests. In addition to The Steakhouse, there is The Garden Grill, Mexitallia, Pink Pony, Circus Buffet, Pizzeria, Westside Deli, and Barista Caf. The food offerings accommodate varying budgets and familial needs by offering some kid friendly dining choices to visitors and guests as well. The good news however is that if these restaurants aren’t appealing to you there is another hotel, casino, or restaurant next door that has different fare to offer. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Las Vegas along with the family there are very few hotels that will offer the overall environment of fun and wonder that you will find at Circus Circus. In addition to the wonderful rooms, the great food, the casino, and The Adventuredome Theme Park you will find that the shows here are as kid friendly and entertaining for the entire family as the atmosphere in general. This is a great vacation destination anywhere. Considering the fact that it is in Las Vegas and it is very nearly the perfect vacation retreat for those with children.

Ok, you have snowboard and will travel. Are you looking for an adventure destination that not everyone is flocking to? Do you want to be able to talk not just about the great runs but also the travel adventure you had in getting to slopes? Here are three adventure destinations for snowboarding.Timberline Resort on Mt. Hood in Oregon is just one of them. It is one of the highest ski areas in the US and thanks to the altitude, you can snowboard on it year round. translation . The upper reaches stay snowcapped year round and give year round skiing and snowboarding enjoyment. Progressive Slots . The runs are some of the best out there and it’s no wonder that Timberline is a snowboarding adventure.Tierra del Fuego is the ultimate adventure snowboarding destination. In the southern most inhabited area of the world, winters are cold and snowfall is heavy. The result is snowcapped mountains that reach all the way to sea. What better place to enjoy snowboarding. With several excellent ski areas, you’re never far from the slopes. When you look south while snowboarding, you are looking unobstructed all the way to Antarctica. It really is the ultimate snowboard adventure destination.Another adventure snowboarding destination is in South Africa. The only ski resort south of the Sahara desert is the Tiffendell Resort. joel leyden . With a 2000 foot run and snow for 3 months every year, it’s the best place in Africa for snowboarding. Africa conjures up images of desert, jungles, and savannas. Imagine the stories you’ll have from your adventure heading down the slopes in Africa.I’m sure you can start thinking of other interesting adventure snowboarding destinations. Pack your backpack and your snowboard and start hitting the slopes in adventure destinations.

For vacationers, a trip to Disney World is always enticing, but now more than ever, people are clamoring for Disneys vacation packages. Prince Tennis Racquets . Compared to past rates, which were criticized for actually being higher than the cost of buying components of a package individually, todays vacation deals are not only convenient but economical too. There are several different vacation packages to choose from for 2006. The 2006 Magic Your Way Vacation Package is the most affordable and it includes accommodations at the Disney Resort, the Magic Your Way Base Ticket (which grants entrance to one theme park per day and can be upgradeable to a park hopper ticket as well), and a Magic Plus option or with an extra cost, a No Expiration option.Likewise, if you (or your travel agent) books a package online, a Disney Photopass will accompany it, and is essentially a voucher for a 5 x 7 photo of you and your fellow vacationers, snapped by a professional photographer. The National Benefit Authority . Other goodies that you can qualify for online include a meal voucher for Planet Hollywood Dining and Merchandize. The voucher can be exchanged for an entre and non-alcoholic beverage from a select menu.Another vacation deal is the 2006 Magic Your Way Package Plus Dining and it includes accommodations to Disney owned and operated hotels and the opportunity to experience several unique dining locations across the Walt Disney World Resort. Genie G3T-BX . Every day, at participating Walt Disney World restaurants, you can receive one table service meal with an appetizer, entre, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage, one counter service meal with entre, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage, and one snack (ice cream, popcorn, medium soft drinks, etc).Disneys Magic Your Way Premium Package is a fancier, deluxe package and includes just about everything: hotel accommodations, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and unlimited access to golf, miniature golf, water sports and other recreations. Also, purchasers of this package are admitted to Cirque du Soleils exciting La Nouba, and various park tours and the like. As well, children from four to twelve years old can participate in selected resorts at the Disney Children Activity Center. The grandest package of all is Disneys Magic Your Way Platinum Package. In addition to the benefits of the premium package (like hotel stay, breakfast, lunch, dinner, recreation, and a ticket to Cirque du Soleil), you will also receive a spa treatment, extra recreational opportunities including private golf lessons, a reserved seat to the exciting fireworks show Fantasmic!, unlimited childcare in the Child Activity Centers, a ride on the Fireworks Cruise, itinerary planning services, in-room child care, the Platinum Plan keepsake, and turndown service. For groups of eight or more, there is a special package called Grand Gatherings. There are extraordinary benefits offered here that small groups simply cant take part in special events can be booked, like the International Dinner and Illuminations Desert Reception, Safari Celebration Dinner, Good Morning Gathering, and Magical Fireworks Voyage.Nevertheless, an important thing to know is that standard full-price Disney vacation packages presented by tour operators are convenient, but there are no bargain prices. More often, Disney World packages are to be purchased through Walt Disney Travel Company or the WDTC.

Owners of boutique hotels strive to provide guests with an experience during their stay. They want them to feel pampered by the service and comfortable with the atmosphere, but most of all, they want guests to feel at home. This is difficult to achieve in a hotel environment and relies on good use of space, creative design and high service standards to succeed.Public spacesPublic spaces are important in any hotel, but need to be put to particularly good use in a boutique hotel. No matter whether the hotel is in a large mansion or a three-storey town house, making people feel at home in a place they are paying to stay in is a challenge. Wholesale Branded Clothing . Public areas must be open enough to allow people their own space, without making the room feel bare or unfriendly. They must also have comfortable furniture, so that guests can relax, and a variety of lighting, so that guests can read, eat or just talk. These hotels are famous for encouraging a shoes off or barefoot attitude, where guests dont feel that they have to dress up or follow certain formalities during their stay.RoomsThe things that make you feel at home in your room are the details. Everyones used to a hotel room with a bed, some drawers and some hanging space, but its the extra details that turn a basic hotel room into a boutique hotel room. These details include creative bathroom solutions, antique furniture, quality linens, internet access and flat screen TVs. In addition, freshly-lit candles and exclusive toiletries create a luxurious but comfortable space.ServiceOne of the downsides of large hotels is that the staff can never know who you are, where youve come from or why youre visiting. children’s waterproof coats . This is something that doesnt happen in boutique hotels. san pedro web design . The lower number of total bedrooms in hotels of this type means that there is often more staff than guests, and this leads to high levels of personal service. Staff know your name and your room number and, in some of the more exclusive boutique hotels, they find out what you like before you even get there, so that it can be provided on arrival.People who stay in a luxury boutique hotel for the first time are struck by how very different the design, ambience and service is from a standard hotel. As a guest, you immediately feel more relaxed and comfortable and this in turn contributes to the home-from-home feeling that many guests remark on.

Ireland has long been an island divided, but is starting to make a serious comeback. Here are 10 things to know about the Emerald Isle.10 Things to Know About IrelandAn island located close to Britain, Ireland has been in nearly constant conflict with its neighbor. flatpack kitchens . Alas, things have changed dramatically in the last ten years as have Irelands fortunes. Religious violence seems to have tapered off and economic growth is some of the strongest in Europe. Here are ten things to know about the amazing country of Ireland.1. The island is split between two countries, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.2. Prior to 1921, the entire island was part of and controlled by Britain.3. In 1921, 26 counties in the south were given independence and became the Republic of Ireland.4. Northern Ireland is approximately 55 percent Protestant and 44 percent Catholic. This division has led to decades of strife in all aspects of life.5. Ireland has remained neutral during the two World Wars despite the fact Great Britain played a key role in each.6. In 1990, Mary Robinson was elected the first female President of the Republic of Ireland.7. Biomet Recall . Babies R Us Baby Registry . You will find rag trees in Ireland. As the name suggests, trees are covered with rags tied to their branches. The rags represent wishes for a variety of things.8. In some parts of the country, you can go bowling on Sundays. On the public roads! The idea is to roll a heavy ball from the starting point to a finishing point as much as a couple of miles away. The team that does it in the fewest number of throws wins.9. The ancestors of U.S. Presidents Kennedy and Reagan were Irish.10. The Patron Saint of Ireland, Saint Patrick, was Scottish!Ireland has a long and storied history as well as a unique cultural all its own. As you can tell from the above, this is a place you should visit if you get a chance.

The Hermitage is a bit of an historical oddity, fascinating & strange. The hike up to see this religious site will take visitors through small villages along beautiful trails, full of island flora & fauna. it is located at the top of Mt. Alvernia, which is 206 feet above the sea & the highest point in the Bahamas. eCommerce Fulfillment . The Hermitage itself is made from the limestone of the cliffs, with each piece painstakingly extracted, shaped & set by hand by the Canadian mule-skinner turned Anglican turned Roman Catholic priest known as brother Jerome. The brother built the structure to scale, designed it to fit his diminutive form. Beloved by the island people, the priest passed away in 1956 after reaching the ripe age of 80.One of the outer islands of the Bahamas, cat Island is a quiet holiday location for those who’re looking to relax. Among its varied pleasures & activities, a little exploration will turn up a historical oddity or five that add to the individual character of the place. beautiful beaches in natural settings welcome the nature lover & peace seeker alike. For those interested in water sports, the cat Island Dive Center is the place to contact. They operate out of the Greenwood Beach Resort & have a variety of diving & snorkeling packages available, & there’s plenty of fine areas to explore, offering a wealth of marine life & fascinating geological formations. Garage Door Openers . They also have water sport equipment to rent.Other historical sites include an Arawak cave, found at Columbus point, & plantation ruins, left over from the islands efforts at joining the worlds cotton growers. Deveaux mansion was eight times the residence of Andrew Deveaux of the US Navy, who participated in the 1873 battles to get Nassau back from italy. Another widely known ruins is the remains of the Ambrister plantation, near Port Howe.cat Island is the sixth largest island in the Bahamas, & boasts extraordinary beaches. there’s literally miles & miles of virtually undisturbed beaches, where swimming & relaxing can be done in near complete privacy.Fine meals can be had at several locations on cat Island. Hawk’s Nest Resort & Marina serves a variety of dishes, but among the best are the fresh, grilled fish & the roasted rack of lamb. Fernandez Bay Village is the place to go for creative & delicious native dishes, served either in the dining room or a patio table by the beach. Greenwood Beach Resort’s Bahaman cuisine is complemented by their marvelous breads, which are baked every day.cat Island is an excellent choice for vacationers who’re seeking a natural beach experience, & enjoy a peaceful & laid-back atmosphere. Jenn Air Fridge . The island can be explored at a leisurely pace, which is a much better way to enjoy the local flora & fauna, as well as to enjoy the local culture. Because it is so much smaller in population than plenty of of the other islands, it is easier to get a real feel for the people & their way of life. cat Island is an interesting place that will make a lasting impression on its guests.
